Next year, my youngest child is sure to be up next! Dr. Caggiano and his team made the whole process easy and tailored to what worked for my family—budget and schedule wise. Their admin/service staff demonstrate empathy and are easy to converse with. Scheduling is a breeze. Assessment takes less than 30 minutes - NO BLUE MESSY MOLD wow! They use world-class 3D scanning technology which lessens time, and eliminates discomfort especially for younger patients. After assessment, a treatment specialist will discuss with you the treatment plan and payment scheme. What I like about this is they explain things really well and gives payment options that work best for your budget. I especially like that their pricing is 100% transparent, no hidden fees, no extra charges. You then are given the time to think through which options you'll get and will be advised to call the office for confirmation. Krista made this so easy because she added another payment option that works for me! From there, appointments will be booked and then documents will get e-signed. No need for you to swing by the clinic! Clinic is spacious and utterly clean, with free refreshments, a brushing station, and a waiting area with plenty of seats for you to make yourselves comfortable. Of course the people wraps up the whole pleasant experience with their friendly service and they really listen to you. I am so happy that we made the right choice consulting and then getting treatments from this clinic! Best of all, my kids are happy too! Thank you Dr. Caggiano and team! You are all rockstars!

Dr Caggiano and his team are amazing! From the moment you walk through the door you realize you are in an office like no other. Friendliness, thoroughness, cleanliness, and tech-saaviness are just a few of the words to describe Caggiano Orthodontics. We had phase 1 completed at a different office, that we were happy with BUT this office & staff is amazing- there’s no comparison!

I cannot say enough about Dr. Caggiano and his entire practice. Both my sons are patients and they get top notch care every time we are there. The staff is friendly, welcoming and helpful. Dr. Caggiano is also friendly and welcoming. He is a perfectionist which is exactly what you want in an orthodontist. The office is spotless and immaculate.

Everyone is super friendly and knowledgeable. Wait time is almost nonexistent and we always receive a warm and friendly greeting starting as soon as we walk in the door. Everything is explained in such thorough detail. They are patient and willing to answer any and all questions. They also followed up to make sure all was well after my daughter got her braces. Great place and highly recommended.

Caggiano Orthodontics is the absolute best around. You will receive top notch customer service and orthodontic care from your first appointment to your last. My three children as well as myself have been patients of Dr. Caggiano for years and we couldn’t be more pleased with our treatment and end results. We have never once waited more than 5 minutes for our appointment time and our schedules have always been accommodated. You won’t find better customer service than with Alyse and Dana and Dr. Caggiano is a perfectionist and a pleasure to deal with. If you or your family need Orthodontic care, there is no better place to go!

Hands down, Dr Caggiano and staff are the best in the business. Our son recently completed his Invisalign treatment, and the results are flawless. Our youngest needed top and bottom expanders as well as braces; he also just ended treatment, and I am so pleased with his outcome. Between both boys, we've had several follow up visits and I am always so impressed by how well this practice is run. Andrew and others at the front really move things along, and take time to address any questions you have. The office itself is extremely organized and clean, and welcoming. Both Dr. Caggiano and Dr. Eliades are caring, knowledgeable, and invested in the end-results. They make time to connect with each patient (and parent) and they are consistently and incredibly thorough.

Doctor Caggiano is good , but office staff is extremely rude and gives us hard time with scheduling appointments. They don’t work with us at all when we need to change appointments gives hard time and do not value us as a patient. Sometimes they make us wait more than 15 minutes in waiting area and we never complain about it but when we need to change appointment which is only 15 minute short they do not schedule it for us and gives hard time .

The attention has been incredible and very professional. I just started my orthodontic treatment (Invisalign) and I am excited to see the results. The place is very nice and clean. Additionally, I appreciate that they have been very patient since I do not speak English perfectly. I have never been so excited to go to the dentist 😅. …
